Gift Card Terms & Conditions

💛 Gift cards can be used as payment up to the value or treatment duration specified on the gift card.

Please note that when paying with a gift card, services are always charged at the regular price. Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including first-time customer discounts, couple's massage discounts, or any other special offers.

Gift cards cannot be divided into multiple visits. For example, a 60-minute gift card cannot be used for two separate 30-minute treatments.

If the treatment duration on the gift card is longer than the service booked, any unused time or value is normally non-refundable and cannot be used at a later date.

An exception applies to gift cards with a value exceeding €128. In these cases, any remaining unused value may be credited with a new gift card.

🎁 Buy a Gift Card with ePassi or Edenred

You can easily purchase a gift card using your employer-provided employee wellbeing benefits (ePassi or Edenred). Just follow these three simple steps:

1. Make the payment in the app

  • Open your ePassi or Edenred mobile app.

  • Search for our location in the app: Siam Sabai (Niittykumpu, Espoo).

  • Enter the desired amount (for example, the price of your chosen massage treatment or a custom amount) and confirm the payment.

2. Send us your receipt and details

Take a screenshot or save the receipt of your successful payment and send it to us via email at: 📧 info@siamsabai.fi

Please include the following information in your email:

  • A screenshot/receipt of the completed payment.

  • A short note mentioning that you are purchasing a gift card.

  • The name of the gift card recipient (if you would like it pre-filled on the card).

3. Receive your gift card by email

  • Once we receive your email and verify the payment, we will issue the gift card and send it directly to your email as a PDF file.

  • You can then print the gift card out or forward it digitally to the recipient.

⚠️ Important to note when paying with Wellbeing Benefits: According to the Finnish Tax Administration guidelines, employer-provided wellbeing benefits are strictly personal. Therefore, you can only purchase a gift card for your own personal use (the card will be issued under your name). Wellbeing benefits cannot be used to buy gift cards as gifts for other people. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
