We kindly ask you to book your appointment carefully. If you cannot make it, please remember to cancel in time:

✅ Cancellation at least 24 hours before the treatment – no charge
⚠️ Cancellation less than 24 hours before the treatment – 50% of the treatment price will be charged
❌ No-show without cancellation – 100% of the treatment price will be charged

📞 Cancellations can be made by phone or message.
